In contrast to DEI education, Identity & Belonging Coaching takes a proactive, inside-out approach to addressing the unique characteristics, needs, wants and objectives of the individual. The goal is to build a blueprint for

Building on tenets of life coaching and life design coaching, Identity & Belonging Coaching allows space for the individual to build towards a more empowered version of themselves. And it gives each individual the language to articulate and affirm belonging in the places in which they exist.
About the Founder
Erin Corine, Founder and CEO of Hola Magnolia, is a multilingual interdisciplinary educator, certified coach, consultant and thought leader based in Barcelona, Spain. With 12+ years of experience building and impartying dynamic educational workshops, development strategy, and community-building initiatives, she brings a nuanced perspective to the arts, creative development and advanced DEI strategy.
She’s passionate about invigorating collaborations and opportunities within the DEI, Identity & Belonging, Culture Management and Learning & Development Spaces.
